Ein kurzer Nachrichtenbericht auf DRS3 von heute morgen hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht - und siehe da! Auf dem Netz finden sich einige Artikel zu diesem Thema. Ein klein wenig amüsiert über die Gründe und Präventionsversuche, muss ich doch zugeben, dass ich hier einige krasse Situationen erlebt habe. Vor allem was Alkoholkonsum angeht....

A short statement on the news of today on the Swiss radio station DRS3 called my attention to this subject. After a very short search on the internet I found an article about this subject. I had to grin a bit about the reasons (Estland) and try of prevention. But of course I also have to admit, that I experienced some blatant situations considering alcohol consumption.
